We offer a sophisticated level of dental care to our patients in the beautiful community of Greenville, SC
Privately owned by general dentists, Drs. Jill and Chad Colson, our dental practice offers consistent and customized care with much attention to detail.
Each interaction we have with our patients is thoughtful and intentional. Our schedule is designed to allow for quality time with each patient. Comprehensive exams for new patients in our office typically last for 1–1.5 hours — by the end of the exam, you will be equipped with how to best care for your mouth–ensuring a lifetime of oral health. Patients routinely say, “Wow, I’ve never had such a thorough dental exam!” and “I never knew any of that!”
As a patient in our practice, you bring so much variety — each patient is unique! We consider the emotional, financial, esthetic, structural, functional, and biological aspects of your dentistry. We believe dental care is not “one size fits all,” and oversimplifying it is a risk. This is why we take the time to learn about you, your past dental history, address your concerns and discuss diagnosed dental issues. We practice low-risk dentistry to help achieve the best long-term results.
We have close working relationships with local dental and medical specialists to provide comprehensive dental care for you. This helps us with providing you with an overall exceptional patient experience.
Same-Day Crowns allow our doctors to plan, produce, and insert an individual ceramic crown during one appointment. We use a digital scanner to make an impression, then our CAD/CAM machine by Amann Girrbach allows you to be in and out of our office in one visit. The end result is a completely new, permanent, all-ceramic crown and a beautifully restored smile.
3-D imaging along with integrative software allows for implant placement in virtual reality. The placement is based upon the ideal location for the final restoration and your anatomy. A custom surgical guide is 3-D printed and used during implant surgery to produce unparalleled precision in the placement of the dental implant. The result is minimally invasive surgery with less risk and quicker healing time.
A smile makeover may involve several disciplines of dentistry to accomplish your goals. Some cases may be as simple as micro-abrasion and tooth-whitening. Others may involve orthodontic alignment of teeth and the placement of porcelain veneers on anterior teeth. Whatever the approach may be, we work with you to accomplish your dental aesthetic goals.
Serving Locally and Globally
We are committed to providing dental services in our local community and beyond. We volunteer at JumpStart—a Christian non-profit that assists in the re-entry of prison inmates to society—by relieving oral pain and restoring smiles in an effort to help ex-offenders transition successfully and prepare for job opportunities. As part of our global outreach, we travel to Kenya to deliver dental treatments to the local Christian communities, extracting teeth and sharing the hope in Jesus.
